Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to deliver your favorite styles quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping (within India): Free shipping all over India.

  • International Shipping: Currently not available / Available to selected countries (customize as needed).

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
    Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS/email.

  • You can also track your order on our website under “My Orders”.

5. Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural events.

  • If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

6. Address Errors

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned.

Shipping Costs

  1. Domestic Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India for orders above 999.
  2. International Orders: Shipping cost is based on location and is calculated at the time of checkout. Payment for shipping costs will also be collected at the checkout while making a purchase. 

Cancellations

If you change your mind after you have placed an order, we will not be able to cancel the order. However, please reach out to us over email and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Stock Availability

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you to ask for your preference and would be glad to support you with whatever decision you take with respect to your order.

Duties & Taxes 

  1. Goods and Service Tax: GST is collected on all domestic orders and is already included in the prices displayed for all products. 

  2. Import Duties & Taxes: Occasionally, import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies from country to country, and Diya Creations encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, Diya Creations will not be responsible for non-delivery of orders, and will not be able provide any support.
